1. Acceptance of Terms
By connecting your Telegram account to the MoDrive service interface, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please disconnect your session instantly.
2. Description of Service
MoDrive is an open-source client-side interface that utilizes the official Telegram API to map file payloads directly onto your "Saved Messages" channel. MoDrive does not host, clone, replicate, or preserve any of your data structures on proprietary cloud drives.
3. Acceptable Use Guidelines
You are exclusively responsible for the content uploaded through your authenticated Telegram session. Any upload containing abusive, malware-infected, or illegal structures is strictly banned. **Specifically, the upload or distribution of pornographic content, adult material, nudes, or any other illegal files is strictly prohibited.** Violating links reported to our registry will be deleted immediately.
4. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the MoDrive interface wrapper at any time. We assume no liability for changes in standard Telegram API rules that may affect access to stored files.
5. Telegram Account Termination & Liability Disclaimer
Hosting or distributing illegal files, pornography, or nudes violates Telegram's official Terms of Service. Doing so will result in your personal Telegram account being permanently banned or terminated by Telegram. **MoDrive acts strictly as a client interface wrapper and is not responsible, liable, or accountable for any suspensions, bans, terminations, or data losses incurred on your Telegram account.** Use this service at your own risk.
